Goldy died in October 1995, when her second litter was 25 days old, and she was seven. In 1998 Goldy became "Campione Riproduttore" (Italian ROM title)
In her memory in '94 Murenga Rhodesian Ridgebacks established the
Goldy Lion Dog Challenge Trophy
